Patrick Shaw arrived to the DR in 2004, and iniciated his RE carreer with the REMAX franchise in 2006, where he conducted most his trainning. After this (2010), he was hired by PLAYA BONITA BEACH RESIDENCES, where he managed sales until 2022, having been the most high selling development in Samana area for 5 years running and neting over 130MM USD in sales. He also actively started the LAS TERRENAS positioning in the early years market(2012-2018), presenting location and properties in Real Estate events from USA to Mexico in various of the first specific events for the caribbean, this when only Punta Cana and Bavaro were on the Real Estate map.
Patrick still maintains a very tight relation with the development, thus basically handling almost all Re Sales inside Playa Bonita under exclusive contracts. Being very active in the social and sports community, has helped to create great relations with people and investors in town, which has lead to the idea of openning an exclusive company, dedicated to help them properly sell their properties.

Edilio Reyes is an accomplished lawyer, BA cum laude in law, LLM and also has a MBA from Barna Administration School. Edilio also has acted as consultant in FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) for International clients coming from Europe, North America and Latin America.
Edilio also managed the legal department in PLAYA BONITA BEACH RESIDENCES, being actively involved in the permit, contract, HOA and administration side of the project.
